Someone once asked me for an Artist Biography but never told me what they wanted to use it for, good thing i had it saved in regular open archiving.
"Written in 'Seccond' Person" (-"first" for minuté portions-)
Question : When i started music - What inspired me to produce and rap
Journey as a producer and rapper (-In Short-)
Born December 22 1986 Kudzai Murapa aka TeQ NiQ started making music in high school at the age of 16 recording his songs on a computer at home using a modified pair of headphones as a microphone making demo compilations using a program called acid pro.
Listening to the likes of Eminem and other popular rappers is what inspired TeQ NiQ to embark on his musical journey as an emcee.
Listening to the music produced abroad led him to try and find his own sound in both production as well as lyricism and songwritting.
He was in form 4 at peterhouse where the nickname Tek Neek was given to him by certain influence from and around his peers, but His own self's trying to make a relevant and meaningful name from His Name's initials "KSDM" and another Name "Isaac" '*un-officialy*' given to him by His parents though not put on His birth certificate, making them "KSDIM", him playing with the letters amongst "KIDSM", "MIKSD" SKIDM", "DISKM" and various attempts, until one day of mention from a certain " 'house division'mate" with his compliment of Kudzai's "Techniuqe" in using words and Rhyming them (-though now understood somewhat apathetic and menialy influenced by their friendship which was factuay based on their experience amongst others and their "cool crowd" influences by "favouritism of socialy-profitable-popularity"-), taking a liking in the usual consisting of one's attitude that automaticaly inverts whatever "people find trendy" and think "wack/un-cool" to take as valued and valu-able, e.g. through Kudzai studying "the nature of rhyming words", finding it not only in exact spelling but also annunciation and pronunciation as well as the actual meaningful context of continuity, the basic "...riding on my bike with my best friend 'mike' /' tyke'...." something that Kudzai wrote with other lines afterwards, this person namely ("Tsungai Kaviya") finding it very boring and passing verbal compliment towards any "grasp of technique" in understanding rhyming and such converse that led him toe even understand as much besides just hearing the words "...riding on my 'bike' with my best friend 'tyke', the name "mike" in debates of not having known any "mike's" or "Michael's" to that point of time, save a later met and experienced "Michale Mushayandebvu" from another 'sub-house' called "Ellis" in Peterhouse which is an entirely different story in deirective of Michale Mushayandebvu's infused infatuate with Anime turned explicit cartoonism issues to more digress in understanding anything from the timeframe of having been Peterhouse Students (-A 2023/2024 Peterhouse Girls/Boys Youtube Search all too revealing about such orients of the same kind of sub/parallel experiences from post 1999 into post millenial 2000-). So for sakes of the name "Tek Neek" being of any choice, it was again in explores of how to spell it other than the actual dictionary word "Technique", somewhere later without direct awareness and to some other students' superstition having been brought up a rapper from the USA called "Immortal Technique/Tek Neek" (-name in disputes for whatever reason-) of very dark and dismal lyricism and context of message that Kudzai was unaware of and had nothing to do with His creation of the name simply "Tek Neek" without the word "Immortal" before it, deciding to stick with it despite other people's "like-wising" or in shona "ku-fananidza" with the other person , whom when heard of his music, in a few moments of 2 to 3 songs, able to tell there being nothing Of LIGHT substance to listen to and compeltely staying away from it, even any listens to all music from thence being of DISCERNMENT AND STUDYING OF UNDERSTANDING.
So, "Tek Neek" the name was chosen with due understanding of those who had such aspect of identification being who enjoyed the works he was doing.
The name, of course, changed much later to "TeQ NiQ" in 2008-9/10, meaning taken from the dictionary meaning of "technique" which is in wording "a way of doing...", Jesus Christ being THE TRUTH LIGHT AND **THE WAY**, being the foundation of the Name's meaning, we all being way's of Christ interacting amongst us all made in the Heavenly Father's image through Him as well able to walk amongst us in the very same fleshly likeness of course, [:-*also, minor humour by the Holy Spirit from the 2nd set of 3 letters "N-I-Q" having to do with "an IQ" of which a Sound Engineer IQ test that was a standard procedure for the course enrollment, had th owner (-the late-) **George Hatting Snr.*** of the Academy Exhilerated for some reason Kudzai Identified as dissappointing that anyone could not identify any personal "co-ordinative mind-'motor-skill' awareness" from visual representation and meaningful processing by attention and matter*-:], all of that subject to the mentioned 9-11-11 homecoming and before it THE HOLY SPIRIT INFLUENCE FOR HIM TO GIVE GOD GLORY THROUGH ALL HIS WORKS IN AS MUCH AS HE HAD EXPERIENTIALY UNDERSTOOD AND BEEN GIVEN OF WITNESS, making the years while in Johannesburg South Africa studying Sound Engineering across from and facilitatbly within the SABC, when he decided to walk away from the influence of secular music and begin to do Gospel Hip Hop and Rap using His gifts to serve the lord.
As time went on from the 2002-3 time-frame of begining to record with the acid pro DAW (-digital audio workstation-) using modified head-phones, BEFORE HAVING GONE TO SOUTH AFRICA much later, while still independantly learning and applying the skillset, he aquired an "actual microphone" that he was able to use on his little digital setup (-a genraly available "cheapest-affordable-quality" stage 'meant to be hand-held' microphone of 2003-4 was nowhere anything close to studio "Condenser" and "leaf" microphones in Sound Quality, but he was able to make the 'best of it'-).
As time went on, some of his "friends"/acquaintances/those who knew of him & some that spent time, began to also make music with him and be collaborative artisrs or producers.
Because access to high quality equipment was much harder to get, being of the years 2002-5, he kept on producing so calledly "low fi" music untill he was able to get his hands on better equipment.
Around 2004 TeQ went to college in tennesse in the united states of america where he began to take his music more seriously but was doing secular music during the era where the hip hop sub genre called dirty south was very popular globaly. He started a label name called "Blaklizt Entertainment" which he carried for quite some time but failed to succesfuly bring to life as a recording label with consistent artist as they would keep changing over time as friends and other people would come and go dropping in and out of affiliation.

ABOUT THE MULTI0LE PERSONALY MADE HARARE VISITS BOTH FROM MUTARE BEFORE 2007, AS WELL AS THROUGH THE HOLIDAY SEASONS OF THE AFORE MENTIONED SOUND ENGINEERING COURSE IN SOUTH AFRICA AT SPECIFIC TIMES ALWAYS HAVING VISITED HOME, THIS IS ONE OF THE VENTURES I WAS FIRSTHAND WITNESS OF, EVEN HAVING PERFORMED MYSELF AS PRACTICE OR REHEARSAL REFINERY WITH MC-CHITA (-Chitarisiro Chiketa-), whom by this time has been a multiple year long compamion of some degree to safely call a "confides" in such a nature of 'brotherliness' that anyone kept either relatable through the gift of understanding in in Performing Arts and Participation, otherwise to mention consistently such REALITY OVERALL, myself NEVER BEING A "CELEBRITIZOR" despite what others thought of the Company that I would be around sometimes, as mentioned and in the Video Jnr Brown, IF YOU KNOW BETTER THAN TO THINK HOLY TEN AND VOLTZ JT TO BE THE FIRST 'RAP/CHANTERS' IN ZIMBABWE KNOWN FOR A DEEPER FREQUENCY PREFERED CONSISTENCY OF PERFORMANCE VOCAL (-Of his own choice-), there has always Been Jnr Brown First to my knowledge, and probably many more before, BUT FOR SAKES OF PEOPLE TO UNDERSTAND ANYTHING FROM TRANSITION FROM "Urban Grooves", AS the Title "Zim Hip Hop" or Claiming anything to be called "Zimbabwean Hip Hop" WAS LITERALTY ***NATIONALY BANNED FOR THE SAKES OF THE SEVER AND VERY PROMINENT OCCULTIC BACKLASH WHERE CHILDREN AT YOUNG AGES WE'RE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND OFTEN HUMAN TRAFFICKED AND RAPED OF LIVELIHOOD, RIGHTS BY CONTRACTUALISM, FORCED LABOUR FOR MANY PRESTIGEOUSLY OPERATING DECEPTIVE THEATRICS THAT MADE APEAR AS IF ARTIST RECRUITMENT BUT SOMETIMES PEOPLE FINDING SEXUAL INTERACTION AS A MAIN OBJECTIVE, just as so many know beauty parents that promise young girls and women product placement representation as "the face of", claimed celebrity or conglomerate "sponsorships", and MANY OTHER MISSLEADING OBJECTIVES, it having been always clear and plain to see if people knew to learn from what they we're presented as if a "culture" WITH SO MANY MEDIUMS OF PRESENTATION (-Audio/visual/represent-ate/presentatice/performative/socialistic/inter-communal etc.-), some so deprived of even knowing what a live perfromance looked like, TOOK TO SET UP, HOW HARD A SINGLE ARTIST AMONGST MANY WOULD NEED TO WORK TO CONSISTENTLY PERFORM FOR PROLONGED OR SHORTER TIMES OR WHATEVER IT BE, EVEN TO RECORD OR SHOOT A MUSIC VIDEO IN ALL SO MANY VARIOUS ASPECTS OF SO CALLED "QUALITIE(S)" THAT WE'RE AVAILABLE, then only seeing youtube and MySpace videos NOT KNOWING EVEN HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR PRODUCTION ETC, and BECAUSE OF THE MESSAGES BEING DRAWN INTO ILLICIT EXPLICIT MINDFULNESS THINKINGS OF SUPERSTARDOMS AND GLAMOROUSNESS THAT TRULY WE'RE NOT AND ARE NOT ANY REALITY, EVEN OF WHAT ANY 4 MINUTE VIDEO or 40 MINUTE SCREENPLAY, OR BASIC RECORDING ARE FOR EVERYTHING ELSE BESIDES IT IN***AN ACTUAL LIFE AND ONGOING THINGS JUST AS EVERYBODY AND ANYBODY ELSE ON THE FACE OF EARTH IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH OF JESUS CHRIST***.

To note, this may have been the footage I recorded myself for them (-presumtuously as an option-) because of their faulty (camera-man-ness) for that day, them having to implement too many strategies in order to get THE RIGHT KIND OF FOOTAGE, e.g. there being people with all the equipment. But no knowledge of how to use it or hold the camera still, or know what a rap duo performance let alone a single one, or the specific song or entails of reason for their shooting AND THINK COZ THEY RECORDED WHAT THEY WANTED THAT THEY DID THEIR JOB, but it needing to be for specific kind of presentation, editing, OR VARIOUS UNENDING MUTLIPLE KINDS OF USE, that is what needs to be taken note of ON ALL LEVELS, it was sad that they had more than what the outcome came out like having SPENT A HUGE BUDGET AND THAT JUST BEING A SMALL GET TOGETHER SHOW AND BASIC PUBLIC PEFORMANCE REHEARSAL : (-"kinda" : I speak on that behalf of the "art" besides any time police would have to invade OTHER PEOPLE'S ACTIVITY USING SUCH ATMOSPHERE FOR EVIL INTENT etc.-).

He came back from the states to zim and later went to South Africa in 2007 to study Sound Engineering in Johanesburg auckland park nearby the SABC at an academy called ASE (-Academy for Sound Engineering-) where there weŕe many media influences in the area.
Ghetto Ruff records was nearby the SABC as well which the South African Hip Hop trio Jozi was signed, Bongani Fassie, Da Les and Ishmael.
Upon his first visit to Bongani Fassies studio, Bongani and others took a great liking to his skill in Hip Hop Music and they began to make music with TeQ as frequently as possible not even charging him for any studio sessions, but treating him as an extended team member and brother.
At the Sound Engineering Academy TeQ NiQ met a lot of other artists whom were also studying Sound Engineering at the academy, the likes of AKA, a now well known Rapper and musician, Clu Man (-Tluthlego -> pronounced : "Clue-klechko"-) who was working closely with AKA and various others as they all spent time as classmates learning the ins and outs of different areas of Sound Engineering.
As all seemed well for TeQ NiQ as Tek Neek, he went through the 2 year course up to the point of writting final exams.

His Seccond year at the Academy of Sound Engineering was not as smooth as the first and he began to have some Spiritual encounters of which because of " 'multi-parental-generationaly-layered' socio-traditio-clution" (-trust that it is indeed a valid word, others are socialy inclusive of family, others disclusive, and others exclusive of all surrounding Spirit & Truth & very "-cultic" e.g. "angry at 4 generations existing -> grandfather, father, son, son's son"-) in diss-proportion-ation", expressive of the complete missinderstanding of claimed focus, and "un-canningly being pushed by other advantageous people", as if such profitingly advantageous people we're giving them any advice, having gone inconclusively back and forth at parent hands WITHOUT ANY OF HIS OWN WILL FOR SUCH, AND KNOWING HIMSELF MUCH BETTER AND THOROUGHLY, (-Some people LOOK AND SEEK OUT PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE THE LIES THEY ARE TRYING TO IMPOSE, it took olwell over 2 years OF CONTINUAL - "There's nothing wrong with Him" - from the 1st Year of Academy Enrolment in 2007, final exams having been in end 2008 of a 2 year program, which was a target reasoning-) he was told by certain doctors that he had problems of depression but such was clearly not the case, as many people hate as much to even acknowledge the Spirit & Truth Reality in Christ, otherwise doing so and thinking to act as if such stubborn adverse that the already defeated devil is does not try to hinder or affect people in their God given path and walk of life where they can either helpfuly facilitate, or end up being parts and pass of the very problem, just as such kinds of people that fall prey to it's whim and winds beliving alternately in things like "ancestral divination" and such demonics.
Many understanding friends pointed Him to begin to seek some sort of guidance or prayer, one even suggestively asking him if he had ever been to a river and seen a sangoma, which didn't sit right with him knowing at least Spiritual reality with Jesus Christ needs directive from our Heavenly Father despite man made traditional opinions and many 'exagerates'.
Another friend one day gave TeQ His Bible and as Kudzai opened it and began to read, he felt a serious belonging to scripture and his heart grew a strong passion to understand what the scriptures said and meant for him in life.
His source of inspiration was changing in a dramatic and much more influencial way that would later be revealed more than it was at the time.
Sadly as the final exams rolled through, His Spiritual encounters got so bad that he ended up attempting suicide having believed the doctors that he was a broken and depressed mess.
(*----this was at a point standing on the room's balcony in thought of his son's mother some time after he was already born, concerning what now understood of oneness of flesh/being and continual inward and actual physical acts of departure's tresspass affect/effect, MUCH MORE TO MENTION EVEN OF HER COMMUNICATION AND LYING THROUGHOUT----*) ->> He locked his door and poured out all the boxes of antidepresant pills on his bed and began to swallow them.
(--* this person that came to the door, **ONE OF THE** INVOLVED IN THE INDUCTION OF CONTIUAL DEPARTURE <-to where it was possible with such people to have transported her back and forth to nearby his location-> in such acts concerning sprit and truth awares violates without him having set any physical eyes on them or her throughout his son's womb-age and after having been born, but this is not to speculate, justly now in the much divulged know of the Holy Spirit's making awares of what has and transpires with others as Scripture also reveals of Spirit and Truth reality [:-Re:Balaak and Balam, >>*Jezabel*<<< and "Nicoliatan":**communitization** doctrine/teaching-:] BY COMMUNICATIVE INTERCEPT HAVING BEEN A SO CALLED CLASS-MATE*--) In the middle of a haze he heard a car franticaly pull into the parking lot of the apartment complex where he was staying and he shortly heard a knock on his door. To his surprise it was the friend whom had given him his bible to read.
The first words his friend said to him were "Tek What did you do?" And imediately unable to speak he blacked out and then his friend began to call an ambulance.
He woke up briefly while the ambulance was speeding on the way to the Hospital seeing the two nurses, one male and one female, as well as seeing in the Spirit when they were trying to put a drip into his right hand.
He saw in the Spirit two sillouhettes around the male and female nurse shouting loudly saying "what did you do to our sister" as 3 times the drip needle missed where they were trying to put it (so it appeared though the sillhouette more "stabbing-ly") and after feeling severe pain from the strikes of the needle, he blacked out again.
During this blackout he found himself as his soul seeing a darkness that was so thick (:no pain for himself at all and wondering of the matter, hearing from God directly within concerning other's and want "drove to this point" of happening:), feeling hunger and thirst as if his mouth and teeth were gnashing around seeking something to swallow but there was nothing. This lasted what seemed a few moments (-what felt like 5-10 secconds-) untill he ->>felt a rush of water poured into his mouth<<- ***(-which was the point BY GOD AND THE HOLY SPIRIT-)***, and as soon as he swallowed it he awoke, the timeframe felt like 25 to 30 secconds (-in total of what was really an overnight from day before-), though no pain, inwardly harnessed by the indwelling Holy Spirit of God OBVIOUSLY FROM WHERE THE WATER CAME FROM, and remembrance upon waking to keep reading the word of God, as that was EXACTLY what he had been doing when it happened(--*PROBLEMS WITH **OTHER PEOPLE'S COSNCIENCE(s)*--), though notion towards his son's mother in mind drove things to that point of happening.
He woke up in his hospital bed having been given oxygen to revive him (-interestingly the "gas from the wall mounted valve knows tasted very sweet to the tongue's palate, as he played with the nozzles, removing and replacing the mask back on, noticing that after removal, the lying cosncientiality (-1Cor8-11/1Tim4-any doctrine-teaching about such/*Mathew15*-) was *as if,* the sweey smell-tasting oxygen he woke up to was harder to breathe, but not and easier when putting the mask back on kind-of playfully loving the understanding as acquainted with even gas cookers and their smell, after 20 minutes or so realizing as much of *1Timothy4* that the experience had-) and he himself pulled the mask off and went to look out the window seeing the sky in such a different way he couldnt explain it. One person who looked like a doctor but had a white lab coat, but no clip board was the first to walk in to say hi to him and ask him how he was doing, in talking for a Brief Moment, He said to Kudzi "you know you can drink a bucketfull of those pills and it won't kill you (-Him Telling Kudzi the 1Timothy4 truth-), Kudzai Happy to hear that, but quite concerned when the 2nd "check up clip board-ed" person came and Kudzai asking him what he was just told, him denying as if it not true, the 3rd of usual public-hospital-routine-rotate basically "half-half" between what the 1st had told him and this 2nd person's "angry at the idea" approach, basically giving the Spirit and Truth that the first person was 100 percent correct, such "POLITICAL MEDICAL SCHOOLS OF THOUGHT" (-these being opinions of reject from all people's/Person's ESPECIALY GOD'S OPINION OR MIND-), being THE LAST PLACE ANYONE SHOULD EVER REFFER TO THINKING AS **INFORMATION or any kind of Truth, let alone "SPIRIT AND TRUTH" , especialy IN CHRIST JESUS.
Taking the oxygen mask off and walking up and down the hallway, having seen the skyline of sun and clouds in day dusking VERY SIGNIFICANTLY AWESOME IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH, noticing the mentioned star from post 9-11-11 and the Moon Crescent on the evening that day, the Indwelling Holy Spirit telling Him To stay in the word of God and keep on growing in Spirit and Truth.
By this time he had been reading his bible avidly and was grateful that he survived what had happened.
He continued there-from, never forgetting the one anonymous and smiling doctor who came in to see him comforted him that even a bucket full of the pills was not lethal, which left him wondering about his experience within his body as all transpired from the time he took the many handfulla of anti-depressants. He had not foregroundly in total, but in passing of continual reading taking as much note, yet come across THAT MUCH OF WITNESS to what Jesus said in Mathew 15 1Timothy4/Colossians2/1Corinthians8-11(11:30) which he would later learn MORE VIVIDLY, were the truth about foods sacraficed to idols and had more explaination about what the friendly doctor said to him.
Unfortunately at the hospital he was forced to go for psyco-therapy where he was randomly diagnosed with bi polar disorder, saying randomly because of it changing 4 to 5 times amongst the multiple different kinds of titels they give e.g. "depression", "manic depression", "mild-depression" etc., [:of which these are very severe issues for ***A ONCE OFF SINGULAR HAPPENING WHICH WAS NOT CONTINUAL NOR OF ANY MULTIPLE ONGOING***, to the interesting fact of which no "background check" (questions of past and self orient of experience within body around others) was done to see if he had been a depressed person during his childhood or at any other time.

(-with all due repsects to all national and international laws these are actualy illegal ongoings, and only thrive(s) on surrounding communities un-education & un-learnedness or unawaress of the entire matter concerning any health department before any concern of individual persons, let alone considering actual communities that try to profit of such concocts towards any singular or multiple individuals for whatever reason-)
It was evident that not everyone was going to understand what he was going through beyond the flesh and believe what the word of God says about what he went through.
In the hospital TeQ began to write more and more seeing that He had purpose in the word of God by using His gifts to testify of His life and express what was going on more than what the fleshly eye can see.
His continual encounters with others whom were also missunderstood led him to know that there was a need for Him to remain grounded in the word of God.
One young lady also admitted to the psych ward was standing at the door of one of the rooms as he passed and she stopped him and asked him if she could pray for him. She told him "you are going to be a king" in the context of scripture which reveals that we are kings and priests in christ as brethren and sisteren alike. He accepted her prayer for him as she extended her hand in the air toward him not touching him and she thanked the Lord. She did not touch him because 1 corinthians 7 says that it is good for a man not to touch a woman, which also means that it is good for a woman not to touch a man. Later during their time in the psych ward he would see the young lady sharing time reading the bible with others. He would participate at times but found that she was a big participant of the televangelism that Pastor Chris from zimbabwe would minister to people, and at the time he was unsure of what televangelism was.
After being dismissed from the hospital, TeQ began to get further and further into what the word of God said about things pertaining to life and the Spiritual manifest into the flesh that we see with our naked eyes.
He went back to the academy only to find that the still growing institution had changed their curriculum and the same course he was studying for 2 years was now a 3 year program and he would have to repeat his seccond year and advance to a third.
Because throughout his studies TeQ had been sucessfuly writting, recording, mixing and mastering music as well as aplying what he was learning in class on his setup at his apartment on his room studio.
Though he did attempt to complete the course and rewrite his final exams, he found it difficult to spend time in class either too affected by antidepressant pills or more focused on his livelyhood making from his works seeing that His Son had been born during His seccond year of attending the Sound Engineering Academy.
This Visual Work Below ("Do You") was a Presentation of Transition from Tek Neek To TeQ NiQ TO REPRESENT GOD IN JESUS CHRIST BY THE HOLY SPIRIT WITHOUT BIAS TOWARDS THOSE WORLDLY SECULARISMS, AS WELL AS ANY BIBILICAL SECULARIZATIONS OF GODLINESS TOWARDS SPIRIT & TRUTH which is surely an extensive experiential Journey & witness.
By 2011, TeQ trusted the Lord with what he was telling Him about His gifts in Sound engineering and musical artistry and decided to come back to Zimbabwe on September 11 2011 (9/11/11).
On his journey from south africa driving northward, he saw the moon in a crescent with the brightest star in the sky in the crook of the broken part of the crescent making the collective symbol of the moslem faith that is found on flags of countries like Iran and other moslem oriented nations.
Upon getting home he fell asleep and had a vision of the lord where he saw the lord standing before him with a great big smile. He asked the lord in his heart what he was to do since he was back and the lord took his head with both hands and showed him his son on the right of the lord from TeQ's perspective but on the left from the lords perspective. His son was holdning on his shoulder what looked like a pen but also appeared as a rocket launcher indicating some sort of idea of violence. It would later make sense what he woulld share with his son about his video game interests as he grew up.
By the time TeQ came back to Zimbabwe his son was 3 years old and the dream he had was clear indication that he needed to bring his son up in the lord and begin to get him accustomed to scripture and what it says and help him understand why it is so important to maintain ones faith in Christ.
As Kudzi Jnr grew up he began to gather an interest in what the bible said about things, as well as having some experiences at a young age like when he was diagnosed with a chronic breathing disorder at 3 years old that would frequently attack him untill a moment of prayer when both TeQ and His now late mother went to the hospital around midnight and TeQ assured her that there was nothing wrong with Kudzi Jnr as he took him from her arms and said a shorth prayer of thanksgiving where the breathing difficulty subsided and he never had the problem again despite the doctors saying it was a usual thing that happens to babies and young children.
All these encounters inspired TeQ to keep his music soundly grounded and rooted in the word of God because of the nature of what music is and how what many believe is also influenced by it in this modern day age and time.

A number of Years Old, but does not take away from showing what can be done with the little one has, even in the face of certain adversities as mentioned of the #TeQNiQExposingLifeStory nonsenses and much more that was not foreground evident at that time, more so now the tom-foolery of such kinds of Works of Darkness COLLAPSING UPON THEMSELVES without delay and as Our Heavenly Father Has Written of in His Word by and in Christ Jesus through these times we are witness to on the face of the Earth in Spirit & Truth.
Turn Me Up is from the O.S.G./N.S.G. Double album, of the "N.S.G." side of the two, an album that I was able to hard copy produce as CD's for ministry oriented venturing, the last remainder of over years of being sabotaged of sales on the ground, given away at the 2nd edition of the Zimbabwe Christian Hip Hop Awards during the 2015-16 ongoing of having been employed by S.W.I.T.C.H., a gospel grouping, as a producer and featuring artist member, when having attended the ZCHH gathering, been inspired by the Holy Spirit to freely give the remaining hundreds from the leftover thousand batch one by one to people in "the crowd", never forgetting one so many as a certain brother whom said "TeQ you surely live up to your name", which was an interesting remark from community, as I had rehearsed my "set" for the performance more than enough over some years of the handful of selected songs, this being one of them, but during the performance of the song "Foxhole", finding somewhat of a Spiritual experience that clashed with the stage presence and much actuality of the entire gathering, making it as if I did not remember my lyrics or was having trouble doing so, but such not the case at all, having for quite some time by then been learning by the Holy Spirit to stay away from "stage presence idolatry/idol-ism", and not to perform for such reasons as others do to much spiritual and soulful demise and deterioration of any relationship with God preffeing the acknowledgement and validation of man's eyes and presentational-ability, which is adverse to any reason for singing in such a manner and fashion as many know it to be. This made the brother's comment rather interestingly specific towards the after-wards of getting off the stage and handing out the cd's BECAUSE OF THE SOUND DOCTRINE AND TEACHING THAT WAS IN THE MESSAGE OF THE MUSIC, when having been on stage performing, no body listening to what was actually being said, most people listening to THE IDEA OF THE SOUND AND PERSON BY GATHERING, barely even the instrumental, and less the words and message amongst others whom we're only attendant and performing for sakes of their Celebritization.
e.g. Mudiwa Hood, whom when entering the hall and greeting people, because we we're both at Africa Universtiy during 2004-5 when my dad Rukudzo Tadzadzapasi Joseph Murapa was Vice Chancelor, him and I having performed at a student body made gathering in a classroom once, and having gotten to know him at the secular music point of his life as well as that being my own, BY THIS TIME OF THE ZCHH presentation, His first words to me "Yo TeQ, I'm now doing gospel, BUT IM **COMMERCIAL**", that word synonymous with literally the same thing as secualr music, just with a Christian face, what we can safely call "Commercial Christianity", or "Secular Christianity", which is not biblical by any means and all of worldly man made standards, even to note doctrine and teaching concerning 1 Timothy 4, things that we suffer reproach from the world and such Secularity as Spirit and Truth Christians, no surprise that this was the year Mudiwa Hood released the song "Ndaita Mari NaJesu", which sparked much controversy over people's "... is the root of all evil..." disputes, not understanding no one can like something that they cannot love because of it's principle, why ill Ceey - Courtney Antipas, another reform towards from Secular, being a Christian Hip Hopper of my past acquaintance while secular, responded to Mudiwa Hood's song with a song called "FALSE", speaking on the subject of False Doctrine by such nature of promoting the babylonian tying of giving to receiving and vica verca, the song having lyrics in it "...teaching kids to like God and love money", interestingly enough that there is nothing in the inverse of "Loving God and liking money", where there is nothing to like about a system that bases it's value on SCARCITY, meaning that any havings of such being a reason of ability is only validated BY THE COMPLETE AND ENFORCED IMPOVERISHMENT OF MASSES OF OTHERS FOR A SINGLE CENT, LET ALONE A DOLLAR, TEN OR A HUNDRED BEFORE PEOPLE CONSIDER THE FACTUALITY OF EVEN DISCERNING SUCH ACTIVITY AS NORMAL STEWARDSHIP OF THE FRUITS OF THE EARTH AND LIFE AS A WHOLE EARTH-WIDE IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH.
